Dear Doctor Tutera,

Today I visited the office to get my pellet therapy and once again, I am amazed at the changes in my life.
When I first came to your practice in 1994, I was a woman ready to take anything to stop the terrible PMS symptoms I was experiencing. I remember being almost in a state of war with attitude. The other day Jama and I were discussing the many different ways the need for hormone therapy shows up in different people. For some strange reason or other we began slipping into Jeff Foxworthy’s “Your may be a redneck…”routine. But as applied to HRT symptoms. Before we knew it, we had more than a dozen of the darned things! We had so much fun with them that we thought we share them with you folks.
